Provision Drivers Support Janitorial Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Chief Minister's Inspection Team invites e-bids from firms, companies and service providers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for provision of Drivers - 14, Dak Rider - 01, Naib Qasid - 12, Security Guard - 06, Mali - 02 and Janitorial Staff - 05. The estimated monthly cost stated in the notice is Rs. 25,000,000/- with fixed bid security of Rs. 780,000/-. Bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The e-bid submission deadline is 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same date. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. The procuring agency may increase or decrease the required staff quantity without changing unit prices or other terms.
