Preparation, implementation and certification services for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 for NTC data centers under non-consultancy services through a Request for Proposal. The procurement will follow single stage-one envelope competitive bidding with a standard evaluation process. Bidders must submit proposals according to the prescribed single-envelope procedure.
