Hospital Bedding Waste Washing Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-27 including bedding and linen items - biomedical waste washing and related services - washing charges for dry cleaner - RM/POL generator maintenance and services - gas filling charges for medical gases - parking stand services - printing and stationery. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority may participate. Separate Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 3% of quoted items where specified. Bids for all listed procurements shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on 07-09-2026 and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bids remain valid for 150 days from opening unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes and procurement rules shall apply and the procuring agency may reject any or all bids or annul the process. The procurement includes hospital linen and bedding, biomedical waste handling, dry cleaning and washing, generator maintenance, medical gas filling, parking management, printing and stationery supplies. These hospital support requirements cover linen services, biomedical waste operations, equipment maintenance, medical gas support, facility services, printing and stationery procurement for healthcare operations.
