Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT Equipment with a total estimated amount of PKR 30.609 million. Bidding shall be carried out item wise exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible firms must submit complete Technical and Financial bids with required documents and bid security. Bid security is 5% of the total estimated amount and must be deposited through the digital banking facility of Punjab E-Procurement System by generating PSID and using the prescribed banking channels, in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department. The bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Bid and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the procurement process and contract signing with the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 08-09-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid validity is 120 days. Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without specified bid security will be rejected. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers information technology equipment, computer hardware, IT systems and related technology equipment for institutional operations. The IT procurement is an item-wise technology purchase requiring compliant technical and financial proposals, digital bid security through PSID and electronic submission through Punjab E-Procurement.
