Neurodiagnostic Medical Equipment Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Support, repair and maintenance services for Neuro-Diagnostic Information Management Information System and Picture Archiving Communication System PACS including hardware and software - framework contract for purchase of 15 rechargeable Deep Brain Stimulator DBS implant kits at Rs.6 million each through grant in aid - repair and maintenance contract for 4 Doppler lifts and 2 dumbwaiters without parts and framework contract for their parts installed at the institution. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit 2% bid security online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and quote rates according to the bidding documents and tender list. The first bid shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on 07-09-2026, the second by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM, and the third by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bidding documents are available through PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement without fee. Award or supply order is subject to availability of need and funds. In the event of a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall apply while time and venue remain unchanged. The procurement covers PACS support, neurodiagnostic information systems, hardware and software maintenance, Deep Brain Stimulator implant kits, Doppler lifts, dumbwaiters, lift parts and medical equipment maintenance services. These requirements relate to healthcare technology maintenance, diagnostic information management, medical implants, hospital lift systems and specialized biomedical support services.
