Procurement Of Dry And Lead Acid Batteries Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dry batteries and lead acid batteries for the IT section and Registrar Office. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Eligible well-established and reputed firms registered with FBR may participate. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 02:00 PM on 08-09-2026 along with earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Treasurer, Islamia College, Peshawar. The original CDR must be physically submitted or sent through courier by the same deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000 is required before submission. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on 08-09-2026 in the Video Conference Hall, Academic Block, Islamia College, Peshawar. Physical bids or bids through electronic media other than EPADS will not be accepted. Quoted prices shall include applicable taxes and taxes will be deducted according to rules. The procurement covers dry cell batteries, lead acid batteries, rechargeable or backup power batteries and battery supplies for institutional IT and administrative operations.
