Framework contract for procurement during financial year 2026-2027 including office stationery - printing materials - computer stationery - electric and sanitary items - cleaning and other items - items under Others/Store - diet and lunch boxes - funds for Muharram duties - road safety items - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - repair, denting and painting of vehicles and motorcycles - spare parts of vehicles and motorcycles - batteries of vehicles and motorcycles - tyres and tubes of vehicles and motorcycles - repair and renovation of police buildings - uniform and protective clothing - POL lubricants - repair of furniture and fixtures - repair of plant and machinery - beds and boxes - hot and cold weather charges - sale of used engine oil. Procurement is open to GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax registered firms. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelop procedures. Bids shall be uploaded through the EP Procurement Portal Punjab software. Technical bids will be opened through the e-procurement software at 02:00 PM, while the financial bids will be opened tentatively on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost and shall be submitted through PSID from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Firms shall maintain quality and rates up to 30-06-2027. The lowest bidder's bid security shall be converted into performance guarantee upon acceptance except for the purchase of Uniform and Protective Clothing. For Uniform Articles, the successful bidder shall submit a 10% Performance Guarantee within five days of issuance of the acceptance letter. Lubricant suppliers must submit a manufacturer or authorized dealer certificate issued during 2026-2027. Government taxes including Income Tax shall apply. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules. This framework procurement covers office stationery, printing supplies, computer stationery, electrical and sanitary supplies, cleaning materials, food and diet items, road safety equipment, IT equipment, machinery, furniture, vehicle maintenance, police uniforms, lubricants, building works and related operational supplies, using terminology such as stationery supplies, printing materials, computer consumables, electrical items, sanitary items, cleaning supplies, IT equipment, plant machinery, furniture, vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries, protective clothing, lubricants, repair works and maintenance services.
