Framework Agreement For Annual Refreshment Tenting Catering Tender Notice

King Edward Medical University Lahore invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors for a framework agreement for supply of annual general refreshment, tenting and catering, and bakery items for different societies, workshops and conferences at KEMU during FY 2026-27. Tender No. 03-27. Procurement is under PPRA Rules 15(1) and 38(2)(a). Estimated price is Rs.4,829,523 and bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee is Rs.96,590, equivalent to 2% of estimated price. Tender submission deadline is 08-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and opening is at 10:30 AM at Patiala Block, King Edward Medical University. Bidders must submit Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates, stamp paper and bid security. Bidding documents may be obtained from KEMU or downloaded from its website. Incomplete tenders will be rejected.
