Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Department of Labour and Human Resources, Government of Punjab invites applications through e-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, for obtaining a building on rent for Workers Welfare School (Boys), Jhang. The building must be fully usable and in good condition, have at least 15 rooms including rooms for administration, have a total area of at least one kanal, and have electricity, water, sewerage, washrooms, kitchen, normal utilities and proper access. Adequate parking space for school vans must also be available. Preference will be given to buildings located within the municipal limits of Jhang city. The expected annual rent is Rs.5,400,000 and bid security is Rs.108,000, equal to 2% of the expected annual rent. Technical bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Financial bids will subsequently be opened only for technically responsive bidders. The technical proposal must include CNIC of the owner or authorized representative, ownership documents such as registry or title document, approved building plan/map, tax return, Active Taxpayer proof, FBR/PRA registration certificates and bid security in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order or CDR equal to 2% of the expected annual rent. Incomplete technical bids or bids failing to meet the prescribed requirements will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules.
