Repair Maintenance Contract Ventilators Allied Hospital Faisalabad Tender Notice

Allied-I Hospital-I, Faisalabad invites e-bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign or local principals for Repair and Maintenance Contract of Ventilators with all parts including consumables, excluding patient circuit only. The estimated cost is Rs.9 million and the bid security is 2% of estimated cost, amounting to Rs.180,000. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Bidders may participate independently in any one or more lots and each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Bid security is required with the Technical Proposal and the original financial instrument must be submitted before bid opening. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
