Neurodiagnostic System Medical Equipment Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Support, repair and maintenance services for Neuro-Diagnostic Information Management Information System and Picture Archiving Communication System PACS including hardware and software, with approximate cost of Rs.12 million - framework contract for purchase of Deep Brain Stimulator DBS rechargeable implant kits through grant in aid, 15 units at Rs.6 million each with approximate cost of Rs.90 million - repair and maintenance contract for 4 Doppler lifts and 2 dumbwaiters without parts and framework contract for their parts installed at the institution, with approximate cost of Rs.15 million. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall submit 2% bid security online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted according to the specified schedule, with the first procurement closing at 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM on 07-09-2026, the second closing at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM, and the third closing at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Award or supply order is subject to availability of need and funds. The procurement covers neurodiagnostic information systems, PACS, hardware and software maintenance, Deep Brain Stimulator implants, Doppler lifts, dumbwaiters, spare parts and maintenance services.
