Renewal of Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management Solution through the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Technical and financial bids are invited from well reputed organizations and companies. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 09-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives, while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date and time to be announced subsequently. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using a generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids.
