Counter Chairs Tensa Barriers Aiiap Tender Notice
Description
Provision of counter chairs and Tensa barriers at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore on F.O.R. basis, with fixed bid security of Rs.187,000. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rule 36(b) through Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors and suppliers must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR, must be on the active taxpayers list of FBR and must be eligible to participate in Government department tender proceedings according to the applicable policy. Bidding documents containing item details, terms and conditions, procurement method and bid submission procedure are available for registered suppliers on EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS portal together with the scanned copy of the bid security and required documents. The original banking instrument of bid security must be submitted with the official letter before the submission deadline at the address specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at the specified venue and time. Contract performance continues until satisfactory completion of the contract and warranty period. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders for sufficient and cogent reasons.
