Description
Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories comprising 7 total items for the Counter Terrorism Department Balochistan, Quetta. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, with electronic bid submission only and no physical bid required. Bidders must be registered on the electronic public procurement system of BPPRA, provide a bidding document fee of PKR 1,000, have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity amounting to PKR 3,000,000 in the previous three years, demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 4,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, be present in the Active Taxpayer List, possess a Sales Tax Certificate, and must not be blacklisted. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security of 2% must be submitted through Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, and verified work orders and subsequent documents must be uploaded. Delivery or completion period is 30 days. Electronic bids must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day.
