Description
Hiring of janitorial services for COMSATS University Islamabad Islamabad Campus for financial year 2026-27 under reference P70847 and tender TN 745 (EFS 38900). Procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids must be accompanied by the bid security specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 08 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
