Procurement of grow bags for raising nursery at Daphar Plantation, procurement of silt or Bhall for raising nursery at Daphar Plantation and procurement of plants for roadside plantations with minimum plant height of 5 feet. The total estimated cost is Rs.46.195 million, including Rs.24.400 million for 400,000 grow bags, Rs.16.000 million for 400,000 cubic feet of silt or Bhall and Rs.5.795 million for 23,180 roadside plantation plants. Completion time for the procurement is 30 days. Eligible bidders must have active registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, PEC with code CE-10-v and FSC&R Departments and a valid Professional Tax Certificate for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on 9 September 2026 and opened at 1:30 PM on the same day. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated price must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and physical CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Applications through courier, post or email will not be accepted. Applicable Government taxes will be deducted according to prevailing policies. The procurement covers nursery grow bags, nursery soil or silt material and roadside plantation plants, providing relevant terminology for forestry nursery supplies, grow bags, plantation materials, nursery development, roadside plantation and forest planting.
