Provision Framework Internet Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for provision of internet services for Financial Year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers duly registered with relevant registration authorities including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab E-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online by 9:00 AM on 7 September 2026 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots through the digital 1-Bill and PSID system and upload electronic proof with the bid. E-bids will be opened at 9:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Item quotations must include brand names and complete descriptions in technical and financial proposals. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted lot bids may be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This framework procurement concerns institutional internet connectivity and communication services, providing relevant terminology for internet services, broadband connectivity, data connectivity, network services and institutional telecommunications.
