Annual Electrical Mechanical Park Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for annual electrical and mechanical works of different parks and green belts of Horticulture Agency Faisalabad for the period up to 30 June 2027. The estimated cost is Rs.10,014,405 with 5% earnest money of Rs.500,720. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 may participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must electronically complete and submit rates for each item and the total bid through the prescribed BOQ or DNIT by 10:00 AM on 10 September 2026, with quoted rates announced at 10:30 AM on the same date. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated price must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System and physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of bid amount within 15 days after issuance of the letter, failing which the tender may be cancelled and earnest money forfeited. Applicable taxes are payable according to rules and all PPRA rules, circulars and clarifications apply. Bids must be based on the BOQ or DNIT downloaded directly from the Punjab E-Procurement System and each page must be signed and stamped. This procurement concerns electrical and mechanical maintenance of parks and green belts, including related infrastructure works and equipment maintenance, providing relevant terminology for electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, park infrastructure, horticultural facilities and public green belt services.
