Daanisch School Harighel Bagh Furniture Procurement Tender Notice
Description
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit invites sealed bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC license for provision of furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, AJK. The estimated NIT cost is Rs.99,612,113 and bid security is Rs.4,980,605. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 by 08 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. Bidders must submit a duly stamped and signed technical envelope containing firm details, valid PEC enlistment/renewal with relevant category and codes, tax registrations and completion certificates for similar works completed during the last five years. Bid security must be a Call Deposit bearing the name of the firm in favour of Project Director, PMU from a local scheduled bank of Pakistan. Cash and cheque will not be accepted. Electronic bidding will be conducted through EPADS under Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27 August 2026 at 2:30 PM.
