Outsourcing Of Hvac System Operational And Maintenance Servi Tender Notice
Description
The Children's Hospital & University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for outsourcing of HVAC system operational and maintenance services, floor polishing machine, HVAC system of Emergency Operation Theatre, split ACs and power generators. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement includes operational and maintenance services of HVAC system of the Inpatient Block (New Building) without parts, with price list of spare parts; repair/replacement of HVAC system of Emergency Operation Theatre; framework contract for repair and maintenance of split ACs without parts with price list of spare parts; and maintenance and service contract for 06 power generators without parts with price list of spare parts. Estimated costs are Rs.10,450,000 for Inpatient Block HVAC, Rs.6,600,000 for Emergency Operation Theatre HVAC, Rs.10,500,000 for Split ACs and Rs.1,595,000 for Power Generators, with 2% bid security applicable. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 08 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, Admin Block, Children's Hospital & UCHS Lahore. Scanned copy of original bid security must be attached with the technical bid and the original must be submitted to the Maintenance Department before the bid submission deadline.
