Description

Medical Teaching Institute Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital (MTI-KICH&CH), Hayatabad, Peshawar invites e-bids through EPADS from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors and authorized agents of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with EPADS. The procurement comprises two items: Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Set, 1250 KVA, Prime Rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz with canopy and accessories, quantity 04, with bid security of Rs.3,000,000; and Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Set, 250 KVA, Prime Rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz with canopy and accessories, quantity 02, with bid security of Rs.1,000,000. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework. Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS after publication. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 01 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Conference Room of the institution. E-bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 17 September 2026 at 10:30 AM (PST), and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Scanned copies of bid securities must be uploaded with the bids, while original CDR bid securities must reach the office of the Project Director by the bid submission deadline. Pay Orders are not acceptable as bid security. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Applicable Income Tax, Stamp Duty, Professional Tax, KPRA and other government taxes shall be charged according to rules. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Act and Rules of KP-PPRA. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under Rule 47 of the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework.
