Description

The Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Telecommunications, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement System under Framework Contract from General Order Suppliers, Manufacturers and firms engaged in trading, registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, having Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-27 and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. The procurement includes Office Stationery estimated at Rs.4,500,000 with 2% bid security of Rs.90,000; Computer Stationery Rs.3,500,000 with Rs.70,000 bid security; Other Items Rs.7,500,000 with Rs.150,000 bid security; Printing Items Rs.5,000,000 with Rs.100,000 bid security; Tent & Tarpal Rs.1,500,000 with Rs.30,000 bid security; Sports Items Rs.1,300,000 with Rs.26,000 bid security; Hot & Cold Weather Charges Rs.1,400,000 with Rs.28,000 bid security; Cost of Other Store Rs.22,000,000 with Rs.440,000 bid security; Bed & Boxes Rs.3,500,000 with Rs.70,000 bid security; Plant & Machinery Rs.19,300,000 with Rs.386,000 bid security; Furniture & Fixture Rs.3,610,000 with Rs.72,200 bid security; Others Rs.4,300,000 with Rs.86,000 bid security; I.T. Equipment Rs.570,000 with Rs.11,400 bid security; Repair of Transport Rs.14,000,000 with Rs.280,000 bid security; Repair of Machinery & Equipment Rs.14,800,000 with Rs.296,000 bid security; and Repair of Furniture & Fixture Rs.2,200,000 with Rs.44,000 bid security. Electronic bids must be accompanied by 2% electronic bid security in the name of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Telecommunications, Punjab, Lahore, through the prescribed CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order or PSID/electronic system. Bid submission deadline is 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Lot-wise lowest evaluated price shall be considered. Bidders must quote rates for every item, and omission of a rate for any item may render the bid non-responsive. The successful bidder shall submit a 5% performance guarantee against each supply order. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
