Outsourcing Office Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring and outsourcing of services of office boys, plumber, gardeners, electrician and janitorial staff for the NAB Balochistan complex for one year, extendable for up to a further two years subject to satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms. Required staff comprise 05 office boys - 01 plumber - 03 gardeners - 05 janitorial staff - 01 electrician, totaling 15 personnel. Eligible service providers must be registered with FBR, possess valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status and meet the eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. Bidding will use the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through E-PADS. Bid security of Rs. 216,000 must be submitted physically and online in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of NAB Balochistan. Bid validity is 90 days and successful bidders must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount through bank guarantee. A non-blacklisting certificate is required.
