Framework contracts for X-ray films and fixer developer - general store items - stationery items - local purchase of medicine and surgical disposable items on day-to-day 15% basis - pathology lab items - printing material - dental material. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to date, using the Single Stage One Envelope Method. Interested firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money must be uploaded through CDR, bank draft or cashier's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Chunian, with the original instrument submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by the closing time. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the stated opening date. Manual, conditional, telegraphic, postal or bids without earnest money will not be entertained. Incomplete bids, including blank DNIT, BOQs or rate analysis entries, will be declared non-responsive. Applicable taxes must be paid according to Government of Punjab rules and a performance guarantee is required under clause 56 of PPRA rules.
