Procurement of automated security document verification systems, video spectral comparator solution for forensic analysis with ID/passport document and database software, portable handheld digital security document verification tablets, ultra-high resolution security documents imaging system, and digital microscope compatible with the video spectral comparator. Lot 1 comprises 08 automated security document verification systems, 01 complete video spectral comparator solution, 02 portable handheld digital verification tablets and 01 ultra-high resolution security document imaging system. Lot 2 comprises 01 compatible digital microscope. NTN/GST registered manufacturers and vendors may participate directly or through authorized representatives or partners. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 through bank draft or pay order. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted in one outer envelope. Proposals must be submitted by 03:00 PM on 14-09-2026 and technical proposals will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
