Procurement Of Medical Laboratory And Clinical Equipment Tender Notice

Description

Procurement comprising General Disposable items leftover, Automated PCR Extraction & Amplification System on Reagent Rental Basis for the second time, Office Furniture for Clinical Trial Unit, Supply and Installation of Emergency Call Bell System for Patient Washrooms, Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Negative Pressure Rooms, and IT Equipment for the second time. Bid security is PKR 500,000 for General Disposable items, PKR 100,000 for the Automated PCR system, while the remaining listed procurements require bid security of 03% of total bid value as stated in the notice. Procurement will use Single Stage-Single Envelope for the first two items and Single Stage-Two Envelope for the remaining items. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer List, and registered on EPADS. Bidding documents may be downloaded through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Manager Material Management, 1st Floor, OPD Building, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 15 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Scanned bid security must accompany the electronic bid and original CDR or bid security must reach the Manager Material Management by the closing time, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Pay Order accompanied bids will be rejected, and bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Applicable Income Tax, stamp duty, Professional Tax, KPRA and other Government taxes will be charged according to rules. Procurement will be conducted under the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act and Rules.
