Local Purchase Medicines Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for day-to-day local purchase of medicines and medical devices including surgical and disposable items for 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs.9 million and bid security of 2% of estimated cost. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab E-Procurement System. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be uploaded by 18 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost must be deposited through the prescribed online PSID procedure in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Late bids will not be entertained.
