Prequalification Of Medicine Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and walk-in registration of vendors for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables through quotation purchase on the E-Procurement Portal for the financial year 2026-27. Interested firms must have established technical, financial and managerial credentials and must be registered for E-Procurement on E-PADS. Only technical proposals are required through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money of Rs.50,000 for each quoted item must be submitted through CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent. A hard copy of the financial instrument with company letterhead and relevant tender information must also be submitted before tender opening. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as updated.
