Computer Tables Chairs Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of computer tables and chairs for a computer laboratory. Interested firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Detailed specifications and bidding documents are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically, accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement System requirements. Technical bids are to be opened on 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor Office in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. A 10% performance guarantee is required from the selected firm or company. Applicable government taxes will be deducted according to government policy.
