Procurement Of Medical Gas Cylinder Filling Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical gases filling services for PKLI and Research Center Rawalpindi. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. The estimated cost is PKR 21,290,650 and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount, to be paid through PSID and uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the administration department before the e-bid submission deadline. E-bids must be submitted online by September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
