Relocation Refixing Clinic Items Tender Notice
Description
Relocation and refixing of PKLI Filter Clinic items at the Mianwali site. Sealed bids and proposals are invited from well reputed firms registered with the tax department. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available from the PKLI website and procurement portals. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall be applied. The estimated cost is Rs.28.92 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.578,481, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center through Punjab e-Procurement. Manual bid security submission is not accepted. Bids must be delivered to the Mail Section Ground Floor PKLI by September 08, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and where any conflict exists between the bidding documents and PPRA Rules, the rules shall prevail.
