Construction Of Burial Pit At Sheikh Zayed Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a burial pit at Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan for FY 2026-27. The work is invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or above. Contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost through online payment or PSID. The estimated cost is Rs.932,000 including taxes and bid security is Rs.18,640. Contractors must quote item rates online against every item of the Bill of Quantities and calculate the total bid amount; percentage rates or blank BOQ pages will render the bid non-responsive. The bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted by September 10, 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. The completion period is one month. Successful bidders must furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. Old material credit shall be recovered according to the technical sanction estimate where necessary. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
