Framework Contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical items under Zakat Fund, pre-qualification and registration of multiple vendors for limited/petty purchase through quotation of medicines and surgical disposable items under LPQ, and local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items through chit system pre-qualification/registration on day-to-day basis under LPDD for Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan and Hub & Spoke Model Hospital, Zahirpir, Financial Year 2026-27. Call Deposits are Rs.100,000 for Zakat Fund, Rs.50,000 for LPDD and Rs.20,000 for LPQ. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies and bid validity is 180 days. Sealed Technical and Financial bids must be submitted by September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM.
