Framework arrangements for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items under Zakat Fund, local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable medical devices through chit system with pre-qualification and registration of multiple vendors on day-to-day basis, and pre-qualification or registration of vendors for limited or petty purchase through quotation. Bid securities are Rs.100,000 for Zakat Fund procurement, Rs.50,000 for LPDD procurement and Rs.20,000 for LPQ registration. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under PPRA Rule 38(2)(A). Bids close and open September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM respectively. Bid validity is 180 days.
