Construction Mnhc Gulberg Zone Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Construction of MNHC Gulberg Zone at Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani Road, Lahore. The work is to be procured through the Punjab e-Procurement System on item rates based on the approved DNIT from contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization code. Contractors must produce the original PEC license showing the required relevant specialization codes, and contractors without the relevant specialization code will not be entertained. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money is 5% of the estimated DNIT cost, amounting to Rs.749,700 against an estimated cost of Rs.14,994,000, and shall be submitted through 1-Link or online bank transfer from a scheduled bank using the PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. In case of a government or other holiday, the next working day will be considered for receiving and opening tenders. The time limit is up to June 30, 2027 as per the gestation period. The procuring agency may reject all bids under applicable Punjab Procurement Rules.
