Furniture Fixtures Framework Contract Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of furniture and fixtures on framework contract basis through electronic procurement, comprising computer chairs, file racks, office almirahs, office chairs, medium office tables, large office tables, small office tables, single beds, work stations and side tables for single beds. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in supply of goods or services of the same nature and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, holding a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and registered on the e-Procurement System may participate. The procurement is divided into ten lots with a total estimated amount of PKR 25,500,000 and bid securities of 3% against each respective lot. Bid securities shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids electronically and provide lot-wise samples according to the technical specifications. Samples must be submitted before bid opening. Bidders may participate in one or multiple lots but must quote a rate for every item within the selected lot or package, and omission of any item rate will render the bid non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the complete lot or package. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, non-responsive, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. A performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value shall be deposited under PPRA Rules 2014 through online transfer via the e-Procurement System or Bank of Punjab and shall be refunded upon successful completion of the contract. Required tax registration certificates and other bidding documents must accompany the technical bids, with taxes deducted according to government rules.
