Stationery Ordnance Pol Items Procurement Tender Notice

Procurement of miscellaneous items and services under the following heads of account for financial year 2026-27: A03901-Stationary with estimated amount Rs.150,000 - A03954-Ordnance Store with estimated amount Rs.1,500,000 - A03807-POL Charges with estimated amount Rs.1,500,000. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System as a single package containing technical and financial bids inclusive of applicable taxes under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure pursuant to PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be paid online through a PSID generated by the e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. The submission deadline is September 07, 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value must be submitted online through PSID after issuance of the Letter of Acceptance or contract. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the technical bid. The bid remains valid until June 30, 2027. Technical samples specified in the tender notice must be submitted, and bidders may contact Punjab CNF regarding sample requirements.
