Description

Procurement of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27 with specifications and quantities provided in the bidding documents. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 3,210,100 and the required bid security is Rs. 160,505, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors must be registered with the relevant income tax and GST authorities. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS), with the technical proposal and financial proposal submitted separately through their respective electronic sections.
