Lot-wise procurement of stationery, printing and publications, other stores, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, and entertainment and gifts for official use by the Finance Department (South Punjab), Government of the Punjab, during financial year 2026-27. Lot I, A03901-Stationery, has an estimated cost of Rs. 2.783 million. Lot II, A03902-Printing and Publications, is estimated at Rs. 2.057 million. Lot III, A03942-Cost of Other Store, is estimated at Rs. 3.500 million. Lot IV, A03955-Computer Stationery, is estimated at Rs. 3.000 million. Lot V, A03970-Others, is estimated at Rs. 3.000 million. Lot VI, A06301-Entertainment and Gifts, is estimated at Rs. 1.000 million. The total estimated cost is Rs. 15.340 million. Eligible registered companies, firms and suppliers of the relevant items must submit technical and financial bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited online separately for each lot. Technical bids must include an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the bidder has not been blacklisted, is not subject to proceedings and is not involved in litigation, remaining effective until finalization of procurement. Bidders must also submit a bank certificate, bank statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness, proof of NTN and income tax status, general sales tax registration, professional tax certificate, company profile, and signed and stamped acceptance of the tender terms. Financial bids must include all applicable government taxes and duties. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidding documents in English are available through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount.
