Digital Salary Disbursement Banking Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of digital salary disbursement and banking services for teachers and staff of PEIMA licensee schools. Bids are invited from established organizations, companies and firms registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and the e-Procurement System. The initial contract period is one year with provision for extension by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance and applicable procurement requirements. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2a) of PPRA Rules 2014, as amended. The estimated price is Rs.3.00 million and earnest money is Rs.150,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated price, in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of the Chief Executive Officer. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded online and the original bid security in sealed and stamped form must be delivered by September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Online bids will close on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial bid opening and the technically responsive bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost will be considered for award. Bidders must submit their best and final prices because negotiations are not accepted.
