Framework contract for hiring a media agency, company or firm to establish and operationalize the Punjab Youth Podcast and Digital Media Channel during financial year 2026-27, extendable for a further two financial years, not exceeding one financial year at a time. The scope includes podcast series, expert sessions, sports coverage, radio programming and establishment and operationalization of a digital media channel. The total estimated cost including taxes is Rs. 43,127,000, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 865,400. Eligible media agencies, companies and firms must submit completed technical and financial proposals separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure prescribed by the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be uploaded by 11:45 AM on 27 October 2026, and technical proposals will be opened at 12:15 PM on the same date by the Procurement Committee. The framework contract covers financial year 2026-27 and may be extended for two further financial years. Other terms and conditions are governed by the bidding documents.
