Inspection Testing Repair And Maintenance Of Media Tablets Tender Notice

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for integrated non-consultancy services involving inspection, testing, verification, branding, repair and maintenance of Chromebooks and media tablets for financial year 2026-27. The procurement will follow open competitive bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and Quality and Cost Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Each bid must include the bid security specified for the relevant lot in the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order or call deposit. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and conditions are available through EPADS v2.0. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the same day. Manual bid submission will not be accepted. The grievance redressal committee notification is available on the procuring agency website, EPADS and the PPRA website.
