Inspection Testing Repair And Maintenance Of Chromebooks And Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of integrated non-consultancy services for inspection, testing, verification, branding, repair and maintenance of Chromebooks and media tablets for the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training during financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will use open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, applying the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations and instructions. Bid security is required separately for each lot in the form of a pay order or call at deposit, as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 15 October 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. A grievance redressal committee has been notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and its notification is available through the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
