Traffic Lane Marking Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for FY 2026-27 for repainting traffic lane markings, kerb stones, zebra crossings, cat eyes, directional and information boards and other allied works for the office of Municipal Committee Gojra. E-bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the e-PADS system and with FBR, PRA holding NTN and PNTN, and PPRA. The estimated cost is Rs.4,950,000 and bid security is 3%, amounting to Rs.148,500, in favor of Municipal Committee Gojra and in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. The contractor must meet PEC Category C-06 or above requirements. The original bid security instrument must be submitted before the electronic bid deadline at the Municipal Committee Office. Complete e-bids must be uploaded through e-PADS by September 08, 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic files and conditional tenders will be rejected. Tendered rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words. Bid validity is 120 days. The procuring authority may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
