Framework Contract For Hospital Medical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for FY 2026-27 covering X-Ray films and radiology accessories - laboratory materials - miscellaneous and general store items - stationery items - medical gases. Estimated package costs are 0.5 million, 1.5 million, 3.0 million, 0.5 million and 0.5 million respectively, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each package. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, suppliers and firms may participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Separate bidding shall be conducted for each package. Bidders must upload bids in PDF form through the Punjab E-Procurement System and submit original bid security before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted by September 08, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bidders must submit best and final prices both exclusive and inclusive of taxes, duties and levies because negotiations are not expected. Applicable tax registration certificates must be provided and taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
