Framework contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 for procurement of office stationery items - X-ray films and chemicals - blood bank items - laboratory kits and chemicals - dental materials and medicines - bedding and linen items - general store items - medical gases - medical surgical and disposable items for dialysis - information technology items on Delivered Duty Paid basis under the budgetary framework of Government of Punjab Health and Population Department. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% per item is required, with details provided in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through Punjab E-Procurement by 10:30 AM on 10 September 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of participating representatives. Original CDR or bank draft bid security and original affidavits specified in the bidding documents must reach the Procurement Branch before closing. Only typed quoted rates will be accepted and alterations or corrections will not be considered. Bidders must list all intended products, attach relevant documents and samples, follow the required sequence and quote prices per unit or pack inclusive of applicable taxes. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before closing or as specified, otherwise the bid may be rejected. Procurement shall comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This procurement covers hospital stationery, X-ray films and chemicals, blood bank supplies, laboratory kits, dental materials and medicines, bedding and linen, general stores, medical gases, dialysis medical and surgical disposables and IT equipment, providing relevant terminology for hospital supplies, laboratory products, medical consumables, dental supplies, medical gases, dialysis supplies, stationery and healthcare technology.
