Description
Hiring of an HR firm for provision of Human Resource Services under the Women Inclusive Finance Program (WIFP) - Challenge Fund Project. Interested firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List are eligible. E-bidding will be conducted through PPRA EPADS Version 2.0 under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 Rule 36(a). Bidding documents are available for Rs.2,000 and may also be downloaded free of cost from the procuring agency website and PPRA EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids are not accepted. Original bid security and required affidavits must be delivered to the procuring agency before bid submission closing.
