Medicines Medical Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Drugs and Medicines - Surgical Disposables - Laboratory Chemicals - Devices as local purchase from 15% of total grant-in-aid for use of Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin for financial year 2026-2027. Manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and importers with good reputation and sound financial position, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, are invited. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure under SPPRA Rules 46(2). Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000, with applications supported by copies of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes. Bid security or earnest money of 2.5% of the tender amount must be deposited through Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of the District Health Officer Badin. Bids must be in Pakistani Rupees and have 90 days validity. The procurement agency may reject bids or cancel the bidding process under the applicable SPP Rules, and quotations must include applicable Government taxes including GST.
