Procurement in eight lots covering PVC storage cabinets with back shelves and modern hardware - canter table with two side tables, visitor chairs and cafe furniture - repair of old furniture - high-speed internet networking including LAN cards, WiFi devices, networking cables, routers, CCTV cameras and allied equipment - desktop computers with UPS, printers and scanners - signage, 56-inch ceiling fans with installation and water dispensers - 1.5-ton inverter heat and cool air conditioners with installation - 500-KVA electric transformers and high-voltage cables approved by LESCO. Estimated costs are Rs. 30,000,000, Rs. 5,200,000, Rs. 3,000,000, Rs. 5,000,000, Rs. 23,000,000, Rs. 11,500,000, Rs. 2,000,000 and Rs. 5,000,000 respectively, with CDR requirements of 3% for each lot. Bidders must be authorized dealers, firms or suppliers registered with the new E-PAD system. Separate Technical and Financial Proposals must be uploaded online under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids close on 14 September 2026 at 12:00 PM and open at 12:30 PM.
