Provision Of Food Commodities For Hostel Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of food commodities for special students living in the hostel for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include firms registered with Federal or Provincial Revenue Boards for Income Tax and Sales Tax, Punjab Food Authority, and Punjab E-Procurement System, including general order suppliers. The estimated cost is PKR 4,000,000 and bid security is 2% amounting to PKR 80,000, payable through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID; manually submitted CDR or bid security is not accepted. Single Envelope Technical and Financial bidding procedure will be followed. The successful bidder must provide an 8% performance guarantee through 1Link or online bank transfer and sign the contract agreement on stamp paper before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. E-bids close on 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and open at 10:30 AM. Bid validity extends to 30 June 2027. The contract will be awarded on the basis of lowest rates.
